1-on-1 Sessions

 

Our personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions are designed to focus on the unique needs of each athlete. Whether your child is looking to improve speed, agility, strength, or sport-specific skills, we create a customized training plan that targets their goals. With focused attention and tailored drills, athletes receive expert guidance to help them sharpen their abilities and enhance their overall performance. These sessions are perfect for athletes looking to gain a competitive edge, refine techniques, and unlock their full potential in a fun and motivating environment. Every session is carefully crafted to meet the demands of their sport, making it a highly effective and results-driven experience.

 

$50-$60/hour

Group Sessions:

2-4 Athletes

 

Our small group sessions are designed for athletes with similar goals, offering a dynamic and competitive environment. These sessions focus on improving speed, agility, and conditioning through targeted drills and exercises. Training in a group not only builds camaraderie but also creates a competitive edge, pushing each athlete to perform at their best. With personalized attention for each participant, these sessions combine individual improvement with teamwork, helping athletes grow together while reaching their individual goals. Perfect for those who thrive in a motivating group atmosphere!

 

 

$35-$40 per athlete, per hour

Speed & Agility Camps

 

 

Our 4-week Speed & Agility Camps provide athletes with the perfect opportunity to enhance their quickness, footwork, and overall athletic performance. With two sessions each week, athletes receive consistent, focused training that includes high-energy drills, competitive exercises, and expert coaching. The small group environment ensures individualized attention while fostering a fun, motivating atmosphere. These camps are designed to help athletes of all levels improve speed, agility, and endurance, building confidence and essential skills for success in any sport.

 

 

$100-$150 per athlete for a 4-week camp

(2 sessions per week)
